It is an entertainment Portal that serves original and high quality African Entertainment from Ghana to the rest of the world in the genres of Movies, Series, Skits,Comedy, Music Videos, Dance Videos, Shows, Documentaries, Rare Sports, Vflix and more. Our platforms are made up of Websites and Mobile Applications.

view+ is committed to protecting the Privacy of all users who install or access our platforms with the purpose of enjoying our original contents via any of the gadgets we make our contents available to: Websites and Mobile Applications.

The Brand Name view+ and the term “Users”, used in this Privacy Policy, means an individual 18 years and above or the appropriate age for which our platforms and services are directed to, as defined under applicable laws in other jurisdictions or refers to the collection, use or disclosure of personal or non personal information about such an individual is restricted by applicable law.

In addition, our use of the term “parent” or “Guardian” in this Privacy Policy also refers to either the Biological caretaker or a caretaker legally obligated to be the head or overseer of the wellbeing of such persons for which this Privacy Policy is Directed to.

Non-personal data
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “non-personal data” means information that does not directly identify you. The types of non-personal data view+ may collect and use include, but are not limited to: application properties, including, but not limited to application name, package name installed on your device. view+ Websites and Apps may use and disclose to our partners and contractors the collected non-personal data for purposes of analyzing usage of our platforms, Services, advertisement serving on Vflix, managing and providing the Services and to further develop the Services and other services and products.

Personal Data

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “personal data” means personally identifiable information that specifically identifies you as an individual.
Personal information collected by view+ Websites and Apps is information voluntarily provided to us by you when you create your account or change your account information.
We may use collected personal data for purposes of analyzing usage of the Services, providing customer and technical support, managing and providing Services (including managing advertisement serving on Vflix) and to further develop the Services and products. We may combine non-personal data with personal data.

Description of Advertisement

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Ads”, “Promotions”, “Advertisement”, or “Adverts” mentioned anywhere is in reference to adverts we might show to viewers on Vflix, The Free Channel that does not require users to subscribe or make payments before they enjoy all original contents we curate there.

Description and How Vflix Operates

Vflix, gives you access to our YouTube videos from the Vflix Playlist  (« YouTube content » ). Vflix Service is provided solely for your own non-commercial use. The service enables all users to watch and share our original contents from YouTube within the app. The Service is a third-party software compliant with the YouTube’s Terms of Service and all videos are played via YouTube’s official API Embedded Player.

In order to use the Service, you must receive data connectivity services from your service provider. The cost of the data connectivity service may vary among service providers. It is your responsibility to review such costs and to determine whether you wish to bear such costs or not. In particular, you further acknowledge that the cost of such data connectivity service may rise significantly when roaming internationally. Therefore, you are advised to consider the cost of using the Service, depending on your location at any particular time.

IMPORTANT:
When the User’s terminal is not connected to a Wifi network but to a mobile broadband internet access and data credit provided by its operator, the User acknowledges and accepts that the use of the Services is charged as credit data or invoiced in addition where they are considered to be out of plan.
Payment of potential and/or additional third party costs, and in particular of roaming charges, in the event of use of the Services outside of the country where the User is established, charges paid to the User’s network operator are payable in full by the User. The payment of third party costs is the sole responsibility of the User.

view+ platforms offer both a free to view (FTV) portal called Vflix and a Pay To View (PTV) Subscription Service to provide access to our original entertainment content. As a user, Parent or Guardian, you are free to explore the landing pages of our Websites and Apps including Vflix without providing any Personal Information about yourself.  Vflix is a mix of various contents pulled together from The Movies, Series, Skits, Chibuku TV, Music Videos and other sections of our websites and Apps for you to watch for free.

  1. Use of the Subscription Service

If you want to access our original and exclusive contents curated under the subscription service, then you have to register. And therefore will require you to submit some Information about yourself. The Information we collect and manage during the Subscription Service is for the purpose of managing users accounts, optimizing service delivery and for our own promotions. Personal information is collected from all users of our premium contents including Parents, Guardians and adults as owners of the account. Personal information is collected so long as you use our service. This information belongs to us and is used, disclosed and protected according to this Privacy Policy.

When You Visit our Websites

As a parent or Guardian, you are free to explore the landing pages of the Websites and Apps without providing any Personal Information about yourself. When you register for the Subscription Service, we request that you provide Personal Information about yourself, and we collect Navigational Information.
